Are you looking for a new home?  Have you considered a retired jumbo airliner?

AirplaneHome.com is an old site (looking like the internet of the late 1990s) but still interesting reading because the subject and photos are very unusual.  This is the story of acquiring an old retired airline plane, transporting it to your land and turning it into a home.

If you browse around the site, there are plenty of photo archives from the project, and detailed descriptions.
