Those of you around back in the early 80's (yes we are getting old!) will remember Pacman. The technolgogy of the day could only give us basic computer gaming, the best of which was a dot eating circle called Pacman.
Obviously someone (older?) at Google is a fan of Pacman, because simply adding slash pacman onto the Google home page (www.google.com/pacman) presents you with a playable pacman game (complete with tradition sound effects) in place of the standard Google logo.

As you can see on this screen shot, Pacman even works on the Australian Google home page.
