Rove calls it quits

Last night Rove McManus made the shock announcement that he is walking away from his successful Australian TV variety show "Rove".  I could write about Rove's history and hosting performance, but as this blog is all about weblinks, below are links to Rove and the reporting of his announcement last night.

At the time of writting (the morning after), Wikipedia's Rove entry hasn't been updated, but there is a constant stream of Twitter tweets going on.

So what will Rove do now?  Following a couple of appearances with Jay Leno, American blogger Tamaryn thinks he might be headed for bigger things in the US.    (More Tamaryn Rove posts here).
